Refund And Cancellation Policies

These cancellation and refund terms apply universally to all digital payment methods.

  • In the event of a failed transaction where funds are deducted from your account despite the transaction not being completed, the onus lies with your bank, card issuer, or wallet provider to reverse the debited amount.

  • If you've accidentally made duplicate online payments to Creditr, resulting in excess funds being credited to your loan account, don't worry! We'll automatically adjust these against your future EMI/EDI/repayment installments. This ensures your account remains current and avoids potential late payment penalties.

  • In rare instances, Creditr may decide to offer a refund for duplicate online payments instead of adjusting them towards future installments. If this decision is made, you will receive the excess funds electronically within 1 month of your claim being accepted.

  • To claim a refund for duplicate payments on Creditr, contact customer care within 7 days. Include transaction numbers and receipts.

  • If you have multiple Creditr loan accounts and an excess payment is identified, we reserve the right to allocate it towards any of your accounts as we deem necessary.

  • Creditr is not responsible and won't be liable if we can't process a payment instruction on the scheduled date due to any of the following reasons:

  • At Creditr, we want to ensure your payments are processed quickly and efficiently. However, incomplete, inaccurate, invalid, or delayed payment instructions can sometimes cause delays or even prevent your payment from being processed.

  • If your Creditr account lacks sufficient funds or reached your limit, we won't be able to process your payment instruction.

  • If your Creditr account funds are subject to any restrictions or charges, we may not be able to process your payment instruction.

  • If your bank declined or delays processing your Creditr payment instruction, we might not be able to complete it.

  • If unforeseen events like fires, floods, natural disasters, bank strikes, power outages, system failures, or external interferences beyond our control occur, we might not be able to process your Creditr payment instruction.

  • If your Creditr payment fails for any reason, we'll notify you via email.

Creditr can, at any time and for any reason (or no reason at all), choose to stop using any payment gateway service provider's online payment services.
